What it is
A facial built around cleansing, gentle exfoliation and brightening-focused products, finished with moisturiser and sun protection advice. It is aimed at the look of dullness and uneven tone — the complaint people usually describe as “tired skin” or “not glowing any more”.
It is a spa facial, not a medical treatment. What it addresses is how the surface of the skin looks and feels.
What to expect
Your skin is looked at and asked about first — what you use at home, what has irritated you before, anything you are currently being treated for. Products are chosen from there, not from a fixed script.
Most people leave with skin that looks brighter and slightly pink for a short time. Sun protection afterwards matters more than usual: brightening work and unprotected sun exposure pull in opposite directions.
What it will not do
A single facial does not remove pigmentation, melasma or sun damage — those sit deeper than a spa facial reaches, and anyone promising otherwise is overselling. If that is what you are after, a clinical assessment is the honest next step rather than a course of facials.
