What it is

Pressure is moderate by default and adjustable throughout.

What to expect

You will be asked which areas to concentrate on and which to skip. You undress to your comfort level and stay covered throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered.

If you would rather not talk during the session, say so — it is a common preference and no one will take it personally.

When we would suggest something else

If you arrive with one area that has been tight for weeks, deep tissue (Chinese tui na) will get further than Swedish will. If you want warmth as part of it, hot stone is the one.
